Tiffany Hughes joined A&L Properties in 2000 and has held nearly every role in the company on her way to becoming CEO. Over more than 25 years, she has developed an unusually deep command of the Twin Ports commercial real estate market — one that lets her see opportunities before they surface and match clients to spaces they might never have found on their own.
Tiffany is known for listening closely, cutting through complexity, and never wasting a client’s time. She invests the effort to understand what you’re actually trying to accomplish, then brings the market knowledge and relationships to make it happen. A Duluth native, Tiffany serves on the board of the Duluth Area Chamber of Commerce and was recognized as Business Person of the Year. She is deeply connected to the professional community she serves and personally invested in its continued growth.
