A&L Properties was founded in 1985 with a straightforward purpose: provide commercial real estate services that actually serve the client. Over four decades, we grew from a development-focused firm into one of the region’s most respected property management and leasing operations.
Today we manage and lease more than 925,000 square feet of predominantly Class A space across the Twin Ports. Landmark projects include Technology Village in downtown Duluth, the Lakewalk Center and Lakewalk North on London Road, the Phoenix Building, and numerous medical facilities throughout the region. Many of those projects transformed underused sites and helped reinvigorate entire neighborhoods.
The firm has changed and grown, but the core philosophy hasn’t. We’re still a team that picks up the phone, knows this market cold, and treats every client relationship like our reputation depends on it. Because it does.
